Paste straight from Excel, a DMS export, or a spreadsheet — first row must be column headers. Tab, comma, or pipe separated all work. Put multiple options in one cell separated by ;. You can leave the *Name columns blank if you've taught the codes to Model Reference for this Year/Model/Trim — full names get filled in automatically from what's on file there.

Column names are matched loosely (e.g. "Exterior Color" or "Ext Color" both work), and columns can be in any order or left out. ExtColorName / IntColorName / EngineName / TransName columns are also supported if you'd rather type names directly.

Model Reference Codes

Save known color, package, and option codes for a model — before you've even photographed one yet. These show up as autocomplete suggestions everywhere else in the app.

Paste category blocks straight from Ford's order guide (e.g. "SEAT TYPE", "OPTION PACKAGE", "ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT" each followed by code/description lines) — categories are detected automatically and routed into the right bucket below. Engine, transmission, and ship-thru codes are kept but not shown (they don't affect photos); packages and equipment codes get sorted into Packages / Options / Interior automatically.

Sent via Resend through a Cloud Function - the send key never touches the browser. New Get Ready deals email automatically (with the Get Ready sheet PDF attached, if one's uploaded). Incoming units are summarized into one email at the end of each day. Both only fire while at least one person has the app open.
One email per truckload of new arrivals ("Incoming Vehicle Batch #N") instead of one per vehicle.
How long the tracker has to go quiet after the last new unit before that batch is considered done and gets emailed.
